What happens when both players fail to submit a score? In the event that neither player submits their score, the platform will proceed to process a refund to both players after deducting a 10% commission fee. This helps to ensure a fair and equitable outcome for all parties involved.
What happens when the score of Player 1 and Player B is the same? In the event of a tied score between Player 1 and Player 2, both players will receive a refund of their bet amount, minus a 10% platform commission fee. This ensures a fair and just outcome for all participants.
What happens in an event of an unmatched game? In the event of an unmatched game, if Player 1 has made a valid attempt and Player 2 is unavailable, the platform will return Player 1's bet amount, minus a 10% commission fee, after 24 hours of the match being played. This ensures fairness and timely resolution for all participants.
What happens when no players are available? Very rarely, in less than 4.3% of all games, there are no live players close enough to your high score to start a game quickly. In this situation, we will match you against an opponent with a similar level who played within that bet amount recently but who isn't online at that moment.
We are able to do this by using data from the scores that each player submits. This opponent is selected randomly, and we try to make the experience as close as possible to playing a live player - the goal being that the overall win rate is in line with the live player vs live player experience.
How does matchmaking work in GamingArcade?
Our matchmaking system works by attempting to find you an opponent with a similarly high score as quickly as possible. These are the two most important aspects of what we think our players want; fair competitive play and the ability to get into a game quickly.

In the case where there are fewer actual winners than the total number of winners determined at the start of the tournament, the remaining portion of the pot after distribution among the participants will be retained by the platform.
What happens when multiple players tie for the highest score? If multiple players tie for the highest score, then the order of their submissions will determine their ranking on the leaderboard. The first player to submit their score will be given the top ranking, followed by the second player, and so on. This ensures a fair and efficient determination of the winner in the event of a tie.

I have played a game and yet I do not have a referral link generated. Referral links are generated on a game played with bet amount as it is crucial for the user to interact with the smart contract.
How many referrals can I add? You can add an infinite number of referrals at each stage of the Referral system but you will receive rewards till the fifth stage. Once you have reached the fifth stage, you will stop receiving referral rewards for the next stage.
