2.2 User Content

By using the Service, you agree that user content and communications are the responsibility of the users and we do not pre-screen or control them. We are not liable for any user content or communication and do not endorse them. We reserve the right to terminate your access to public forums and delete or edit content submitted publicly, for any reason and without notice. 2.3 Cheating, Fraud and Abuse

If you engage in or participate in such activities, or exhibit such behavior, we reserve the right to take immediate disciplinary action (at our sole discretion), which may include, but is not limited to:

a. your wallet may be terminated and your IP address may be blocked, preventing you from accessing the Site and Services.

b. any winnings that you might have been entitled to will be nullified and forfeited; and

c. if you receive any winnings, they may be subject to disgorgement and/or recoupment. Additionally, we reserve the right to report any money laundering or other illegal activities to the appropriate law enforcement and regulatory authorities. We may take legal action, such as seeking injunctive relief, civil and/or criminal proceedings against you and/or any co-conspirators involved in any acts of Abuse. We reserve the right to recover all expenses, including reasonable attorney fees, incurred during such legal actions.

2.4 Policy on Data Security and Unauthorized Access

Any attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, interfere with the performance or operation of the Services or Website, or intentionally damage or undermine the Services may lead to civil and/or criminal prosecution. Such actions may result in immediate termination of your wallet and IP address, and forfeiture of your winnings. You understand that we are not liable for any harm, loss, or injury arising from any unauthorized access, hacking, tampering, or misuse of the Services or your wallet.

2.5 Limitations and Prohibitions

Using, reproducing, or redistributing the Service, related products or services in a manner not explicitly permitted by these Terms is strictly forbidden. You are prohibited from engaging in or aiding others in activities that may harm or interfere with our property, which includes, but is not limited to:

1. You may not copy, distribute, display, transmit, frame, link, host, perform, publish, reproduce, cache, license, or create derivative works based on any information, products, or services obtained from us;

2. Any effort to gain unauthorized access to the Service or third-party wallets.

3. Offering unauthorized methods for others to access or use the Services.

4. Preventing other parties from using or enjoying the Services or the Site is not allowed

5. Performing actions that create an unreasonable or disproportionately large burden on our or our supplier's network infrastructure, or that could harm, disable, overload, or otherwise affect the performance of our Site or Services
